If this is your first time, just use new garbage bags, your own laundry bag, or even your own basket, we will provide a bag for your next order.

Your clothes are meticulously wrapped in plastic bags and then placed in our delivery laundry bags, ensuring they remain protected from dust and even rain.

You can expect next-business-day delivery for your laundry. Please note that if your clothes are picked up on a Friday, they will be delivered on the following Monday.

We strive to diligently organize and package your clothes by gender and size to the best of our ability.

This is a universal feeling, we don’t mind the laundry, but most of us hate folding.

After you schedule your pick up:

• Leave your clothes outside your front door.
• Your laundry will be ready for you to put away the next business day.
• Sorted and packed by gender, kids, adults on a best effort basis

We use commercial-grade detergents and softeners in our laundry process. However, if you have a preference for a specific detergent, please inform us. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will notify you before washing your clothes.

Please specify your detergent, bleach, fabric softener, and other laundry and garment care preferences in your laundry preferences.

Options include:

1. Free and Clear (free of dyes and perfumes).
2. Tide (laundry with scent).

We have a flat fee, and you can include items like bedding, towels, etc., at the same price per pound.

While it may cost us more to process these items, it simplifies the process for both you and us.

After your laundry is sorted at our facilities, we follow specific washing procedures:

For small loads, all garments are washed together in the same load. However, for larger loads that require more than one washer, we wash them as follows:

• Black garments are washed in cold water.
• Color garments are washed in warm water.
• Whites are washed in hot water (approximately 160 degrees).

Alternatively, we can follow any specific washing instructions previously agreed upon.
