Do you offer pickup and delivery from my work?
Yes, it is the same process. Instead of entering your residential address, add your workplace address. You can have both a billing address and a laundry service address. You can change it at any time under “My Account.”

When are my clothes delivered?
The next business day. Friday pickups are delivered on the following Monday.

Do I need to be present when you pick up my clothes?
No, we try to be the least intrusive in your life. Just put your laundry bag outside for us to pick up. If you have specific pickup instructions, add them to the pickup instructions box.

How much does it cost to wash my bedding?
Our prices are per pound. We’ll wash, dry, and fold your bedding at the same rate as your regular clothes.

Can I cancel my service if it is already scheduled?
Yes, however, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your next service day, so we don’t dispatch our pickup drivers to your residence. Just send an email to orders@laund3r.com or text us at 951-394-2121.

I will be on vacation. Can I suspend my recurring service?
Yes, go to “My Laundry” and select a date in the future when you want your service to resume.

What if someone steals my clothes from my doorstep?
We are not responsible for the loss if we follow your instructions. Please see our terms and conditions page.

Do I need to separate my laundry?
No, we will separate your laundry into three main bundles: colors, whites, and darks, when there is sufficient laundry to make three loads. Otherwise, we wash your laundry with cold water, so you don’t have to. Just dump your laundry basket into our laundry bags, set it outside and that’s it! If you need specific washing instructions, set them in “My Laundry” preferences.

Can I mix socks with the rest of my laundry?
Yes, everything.

I’m not happy with my recent order. What can I do?
Our customers are the main part of our business. See the service guarantee here: Service Guarantee. Basically, if you are not happy, we will redo your laundry.

What type of laundry detergents do you use?
We use commercial detergents. If you have specific requirements for your laundry, please add your washing preferences in “My Laundry.” Also, indicate if you want “Free and Clear” (no dye and no perfume). Alternatively, you can provide your own laundry detergent for us to use with your clothes.

Do you add softener to my laundry?
Yes, we add:

  • “Regular” fabric softener for “regular” detergents.
  • “Non-scent” fabric softener for “Free and Clear” detergents.

If you do not want any, just add it to your laundry preferences.

Do you offer no dyes and no perfume detergent option?
Yes, set your laundry preferences in “My Laundry” and select Free and Clear as your preferred detergent type.

Do you provide laundry bags?
Yes, we provide laundry bags, but for the first pickup, just use any bag or leave it in your laundry basket. The driver brings bags for the pickup.

Where do I put my clothes the first time?
You can use a plastic bag, your laundry basket, or your own laundry bag the first time. We’ll bring our bags.

Do you mix my clothes with other customers’?
No, we never mix them. That is the main reason that the minimum cost for an order is the equivalent of 20 lbs, otherwise, it would be incredibly costly for both parties. Just imagine us mixing multiple customers’ socks!

Can I pay for a relative or friend for their laundry?
Yes, just go to “My Account”/“My Addresses” and add your billing address and your laundry service address.

Can I pay for my employee’s laundry?
Yes, please give us a call or send us an email at orders@laund3r.com to set up a business account. We offer monthly billing if necessary.

The process is the same. We pick up from your residence or from your workplace.

Can I request special instructions for my laundry?
Yes, we take reasonable instructions. If we cannot satisfy those requests, we’ll let you know.
