Our Facilities
Your clothes are washed in facilities capable of handling both commercial and residential laundry volumes.
Please note that our facilities are not public laundromats and are not open to the general public. However, if you wish to drop off your laundry, please contact us via text or phone call.
Preparing for your pickup
Put your garments to be laundered in the blue bag.
If this is your first time, just use new garbage bags, your own laundry bag, or even your own basket, we will provide a bag for your next order.
You will receive your invoice once your laundry is weighed at the facility.
Detergents
We use commercial-grade detergents and softeners in our laundry process. However, if you have a preference for a specific detergent, please inform us. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will notify you before washing your clothes.
Please specify your detergent, bleach, fabric softener, and other laundry and garment care preferences in your laundry preferences.
Options include:
- Free and Clear (free of dyes and perfumes).
- Tide (laundry with scent).

Regular clothes or bedding same price
We have a flat fee, and you can include items like bedding, towels, etc., at the same price per pound.
While it may cost us more to process these items, it simplifies the process for both you and us.

Separation by color
After your laundry is sorted at our facilities, we follow specific washing procedures:
For small loads, all garments are washed together in the same load. However, for larger loads that require more than one washer, we wash them as follows:
- Black garments are washed in cold water.
- Color garments are washed in warm water.
- Whites are washed in hot water (approximately 160 degrees).
Alternatively, we can follow any specific washing instructions previously agreed upon.
Your clothes are folded by gender, kids
Your clothes are folded and packaged or separated by gender to the best of our ability.
We strive to organize your clothes by male, kids, and female categories, so when you retrieve your bag of clean clothes from your doorstep, it will be easy to put them away without any extra effort.
Delivery
Your clothes are meticulously wrapped in plastic bags and then placed in our delivery laundry bags, ensuring they remain protected from dust and even rain.
You can expect next-business-day delivery for your laundry. Please note that if your clothes are picked up on a Friday, they will be delivered on the following Monday.
