How to suspend or cancel my service

If you have recurring service (i.e. weekly, bimonthly, etc)

and want to suspend your service:

  • Just go to “My laundry” and select a date in the future when you want to resume your service. (ie, when you plan to come back from vacation etc.).
  • or Text us at  951-394-2121 and let us know your next pickup date.

If you want to completely cancel your service

There is no cancellation fee, and we hope that you enjoyed the service and come back at a later date.  If you have a scheduled pick-up, we will cancel the pickup too.

  • Simply send a text to our main number 951-394-2121 with your request.

  • Send an email to orders@laund3r.com. Make it short and simple. No questions asked.
