If you have recurring service (i.e. weekly, bimonthly, etc)
and want to suspend your service:
- Just go to “my account” on the home page and select a date in the future when you want to resume your service. (ie, when you plan to come back from vacation etc.).
- or Text us at 951-394-2121 and let us know your next pickup date.
If you want to completely cancel your service
There is no cancellation fee, since there are no long term contracts, we hope that you enjoyed the service and come back at a later date. simply delete any order including recurring orders, with this option your account remains in the system.
I you want completely remove your account information from our system
- Simply send a text to our main number 951-394-2121 with your request.
